In my ongoing exploration of South African national parks, my next stop is the Bontebok National Park.

Nestled close to the picturesque town of Swellendam, this species specific national park is one of South Africa's most understated beauties. As the name suggest it is home to the Bontebok and it is the smallest national park measuring only 27.86 km².
"Bont" is the Afrikaans word for colourful and I took my chance to give this majestic creature it's own vivid showcase.
